What Happens During the Procedure?
The PRP Hair Restoration involves three main steps performed during a single visit:
- Blood Draw: A sample of your blood is taken, usually from the arm.
- Processing: Blood is centrifuged to isolate PRP.
- Injection: The PRP is then injected into the scalp, where hair growth is desired.
You may feel a small amount of discomfort during the injections, but a local anesthetic can be used to minimize pain.
Hair restoration therapy with exosomes is a quick, easy treatment that can be administered in our comfortable Phoenix or Chandler offices. The product will be injected into the treatment area according to an injection pattern decided upon by you and your provider during your initial consultation.
You’ll experience some mild tenderness and a bit of redness in the treatment area, but this will be the extent of any recovery period you might experience. You can resume your normal activities as soon as the treatment session is over, which typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Most patients are able to notice results within the space of several weeks, and your provider will help you anticipate when you can expect to see your final results.
