Dr. Torabi will examine your breasts and compare them to your goals to make sure this technique is the right approach. Then, he will create a unique treatment plan tailored to your individual goals, needs, and preferences.

What to Expect on the Day of Preservé Breast Augmentation Surgery

When the exciting day of your Preservé breast augmentation arrives, we will welcome you to our state-of-the-art office in Chandler or Phoenix and check you in. You’ll be taken to our operating room, where the procedure will take place, and you can change into a surgical gown in private. When you are ready, you will be given local numbing medicine and mild sedation to ensure you are comfortable and don’t experience any pain during the procedure. Preservé does not require general anesthesia, so you will be able to return home the same day.

Dr. Torabi will then perform the procedure, making the incisions along marked lines, creating the breast pocket using the specialized Preservé instruments and no-touch approach, and gently inserting the Motiva breast implants into the pocket. Finally, the incisions are closed with sutures, and a surgical glue provides extra support during recovery. Compression garments and a surgical bra will be wrapped around you to provide additional support for the implants to keep them in place and minimize swelling. The entire procedure will take around 45-60 minutes, or longer if you combine additional procedures.
